About a month ago, I attended the grand opening of the Mulligan Community Third Sector Offices. The offices are located in Western Avenue on the Bridgend Industrial Estate. Recently, I was delighted to have been asked to say a few words of welcome at Gofal’s service user wellbeing day. Gofal is a Welsh mental health and wellbeing charity based in Bridgend. The event, which was held at the Heronston Hotel, was an opportunity for its service users to socialise, share experiences, gain confidence
